Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

All orders are securely packaged so all products arrive as they left, in perfect condition. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of dispatch, and cost is determined by delivery location, weight and size of the order. We will use postage or courier which ever is cheaper.

We use Australia Post & Fastaway Couriers for shipping, ensuring that your products arrive on time, and ready for immediate use.

Returns

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to The Smart Office Club team.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us within 14 (fourteen) days of you receiving them, undamaged and in original packaging.

Postage will be the responsibility of the returning party. If there is something about the product you are unhappy with, please let us know, so we can try to improve our services.

Privacy

Privacy is of utmost importance to The Smart Office Club. All customers can be assured that their details will under no circumstances be sold, exchanged, given or distributed in any way to any other party. All details, financial data, adminstrative records are kept on a computer which is not connected to the internet.

All orders are accompanied by a Sales Tax Invoice, Receipt and transaction record from the credit card machine. No credit card transactions will be processed until orders are packed and ready to be dispatched.

Regualar customers may be issued with a 30 day account.
